Waterford High School
The new addition to Waterford High School is a 125,000 sf classroom building on the existing high school campus. The project is seeking LEED Silver Certification under the LEED for Schools 2009 rating system and includes active chilled beams, a geothermal exchange system, and rain gardens that are integrated into the education and curriculum of the school. Olin Research Center
The Olin Research Center is an 8,000 sf neurological research center addition on the Hartford Hospital campus. The project is seeking LEED Silver Certification and includes innovative landscape restoration, efficient MRI cooling systems, and recycled content materials. Cooper Green Design completed design phase credit documentation in September 2010. The project is anticipating LEED Silver Certification. Architect: Tecton Architects, Inc.
Congregation B'nai Israel
Cooper Green Design is providing pre-design services for Northampton's egalitarian Conservative congregation. Work includes an existing conditions survey, cost estimating, and program analysis.
Centerpoint CT
Cooper Green Design with 4 Elements Group is providing LEED consulting services for the Centerpont CT campus in Middletown, CT. The first phase includes 3 new buildings that are registered under the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED for Core & Shell Rating System and targeting a LEED Silver Certification. Architect: TyreSTUDIO
